Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SpinFin Casino. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and SpinFin Casino (the "Casino", "we", or "us").

By creating an account, logging in, playing our games, or using our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Bonus Terms. If you do not agree with one or more provisions, you must immediately stop using our website.

2. Account and Registration

To play for real money at SpinFin Casino, you must meet strict registration requirements:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside (if higher than 18). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• One account per player: It is strictly forbidden to create more than one (1) account per person, household, IP address, or device. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") will be closed without prior notice.
• Accurate information: Upon registration, you are obliged to provide only accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Using false data or third-party data is a violation of these terms.
• Security: You are responsible at all times for keeping your login details (username and password) confidential. SpinFin Casino is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals (Financial Transactions)

We offer various secure payment methods. The following rules apply to financial transactions:

• Payment methods in your own name: You may only make deposits using credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party transactions (including family members or partners) will be declined.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): Before a withdrawal can be processed, SpinFin Casino reserves the right to request documents to verify your identity, age, address, and ownership of the payment method used.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML): All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time on our games before a withdrawal can be requested, in accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits apply to withdrawals, depending on your VIP status. Progressive jackpots are excluded from this and will be paid in full.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

SpinFin Casino regularly offers bonuses and free spins. Specific rules apply to their use:

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw any winnings.
• Bonus abuse: It is strictly prohibited to play safe or apply certain betting strategies (such as the Martingale system in roulette) with bonus funds solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Right to cancel: We reserve the right to deny, cancel, or revoke bonuses if we suspect a player is attempting to abuse the promotion.

5. Responsible Gaming

Gambling should remain a form of entertainment. SpinFin Casino offers various tools to help you play responsibly:

• Set limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit, loss, or wager limits via your account settings.
• Time-out and Self-Exclusion: Need a break? You can have your account blocked temporarily (time-out) or permanently (self-exclusion). During a self-exclusion, you cannot log in or make deposits in any way.

If you feel you are losing control of your gambling behavior, we strongly advise you to contact professional support organizations in your region.

6. Prohibited Activities and Fraud

To ensure fair gameplay, the following behavior is strictly prohibited:

• The use of software, bots, or automated systems to influence gameplay or outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or intentionally losing money to other accounts (chip dumping).
• The use of a VPN or Proxy service to hide your location or IP address and thus gain access from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Making fraudulent payments or reversing deposits via your bank (chargebacks).

Violation of these rules will result in immediate closure of your account, confiscation of your balance, and possible legal prosecution.

7. System Errors and Liability

SpinFin Casino makes every effort to provide a stable platform, however:

• In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, communication problem, or display error (e.g., an incorrect payout on your screen), all affected bets and winnings will be voided. We will refund your original bet in such cases.
• We are not liable for any damage, data loss, or financial losses resulting from a poor internet connection of the player or hardware problems on the player's side.

8. Changes to the Terms

SpinFin Casino reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you in advance via email or a notification in your account. By continuing to use our services after the changes take effect, you agree to the new terms.
